YS 019 OIL SCRAPPER UNIT; The slide oils and various oils exuded to the cooling liquid chambers of work benches during working period block the contact of liquid with air by accumulating on surface of cooling liquid due to density difference, thus the bacterial growth in cooling liquid is accelerated, this event causes shortening normal service life of liquid. These oils should be taken from cooling liquid, the traditional method is laborious and causes time losses, also it affects costs, if the cleaning process is not done, it is broken, also it becomes harmful chemical for the environment, the treatment facilities clean these chemicals in return of certain fee. This device that can be mounted easily to the cooling liquid tank of your bench accumulates undesired oils in small vessel also these accumulated oils are made useable at other oiling operations of your workshop. When used YS 019 oil scrapper unit, the life of cooling liquid is increased 50%.


The working logic of our unit; is adjusted to continuous working assembly as 2 hours working / 2 hours pending (as per request, the adjustment can be changed) and it is delivered in the manner that the latest controls are made. Without taking precautions, the heavy loading one after another should not be done (the pending period should be Max. 20 minutes) and should be protected from impacts and shakes during loading, the disc and tank on oil scrapper should be removed once a month and the residues and chips in it should be cleaned.
