Our integrated die set production facility is an ideal partner in the production of standard and special sets with its experienced and flexible structure. With our skills and methods in set production, we support your mold projects quickly, precisely and economically.

In custom-made molds, mold locking place, production / pressure counter, o-ring cold / hot runner place, manifold plate operations, cooling water runners drilling operations, socket mold, flange slots operations, angled or flat pool and spades with customer drawings , ejector pin and back striker holes can be created by our company. According to your request, the column / bushing and standard mounted or ground plates are shipped in the fastest way.

Our facility; By using the new requirements of design engineering in our CNC machine park with machining, we produce your die set plates together with precision surface grinding and by controlling the environmental perpendicularity sensitivities. Reference points are provided, GTH Column - Bushing elements produced by us with high precision are used in all sets, and the connections are completed with 12.9 Imbus Bolts. In addition, 1 or 2 eyebolt holes are drilled for mold removal and assembly (depending on the load) (a mold lock can be installed upon request).

CK45 Ereğli / Fabrication Steel material is used in our production, and it can be used in Alloyed Aluminum or High-Quality Steel materials upon request. The standard applied thickness tolerance is +0.01 and our environmental tolerance values are ±0.1. If desired, changes can be made in tolerances. Sets with dimensions up to 2000 x 1200 mm are rapidly produced by GTH. In order to prevent possible mistakes in Special Mold Set orders, the drawings prepared by you and all operations are examined by the GTH Technical Engineering Team and the flow is ensured by mutual exchange of information. Another issue that we meticulously focus on is fast delivery times, the process is carefully followed by our company. We deliver our standard sets within 2 / 3 working days or partially from our stocks, in line with the urgency of your business.
